Wrong. "2 aces = win" is a rule of "Moscow 21". In BJ, as well as in common "21", as well as in addon, 2 aces don't mean anything special.

Firering officers dont help, but after some test i find a way to meet a fatal day -
played a game until 28.01.1668 23.00 and then just wait on ship a new day arriwal.After 03.00 the critical point is passed - dont work on cabin, land or sea(map). Some action near the midnight - desktop. after passing a critical day all is normal.
